Welcome to Practical Web Works LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Practical Web Works LLC provides website design and development services including but not limited to website layout/design, front-end development, and launch support. All services are subject to a separate Service Agreement signed by the client.
Invoices are generated monthly or per project milestone. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in the immediate suspension of project work, including the pausing of website updates or related third-party services.
Unless otherwise stated in the contract, all creative assets produced by Practical Web Works LLC become the property of the client upon full payment. Practical Web Works LLC retains the right to use the work for portfolio purposes.
The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary accounts (Google Analytics, CMS, etc.) and approvals. Delays by the client may affect project timelines.
Both parties have the right to terminate the agreement with a standard 30-day written notice, or as specified in the Service Agreement.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Practical Web Works LLC is registered.
